Internal Sales Engineer (1-year contract)
Job Description
Assists in the sales of the company's products, systems and/or services via telephone and electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry or accounts
Generates prospective customers through cold-calling and may qualify and follow-up as sales leads
Requires application of technical knowledge of products, systems and services
supports the sales initiatives of the field sales team
Keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company, and prepares activity and forecast reports as requested
Focuses on retaining and growing existing base of customers and identify new customers
Minimal business travel or work outside office is required
Pre-Requisites
Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Strong knowledge of computer software & hardware
Excellent communication skills & a customer-oriented attitude
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written & spoken) andlocal knowledge
Meticulous, independent & efficient in executing and overseeing assigned projects
Possess high level of initiative and drive for excellence
Candidate must be able to work legally in Indonesia

Membantu penjualan produk, sistem dan atau pelayanan perusahaan melalui telepon dan alat elektronik lainnya kepada pelanggan di daerah, atau industri yang sudah ditentukan
Menghasilkan prospek pelanggan melalui telepon, menkualifikasi pelanggan dan menindak lanjutinya sampai proses penjualan kandidat yang memiliki pengetahuan teknis mengenai produk, sistem dan pelayanan lebih didahulukan
Menyokong dan mendukung inisiatif penjualan dari Tim Field
Memperbaharui dan menambah pengentahuan tentang teknologi terkini di industry, kompetisi antar perusahaan dan mempersiapkan laporan and perkiraan kegiatan penjualan sesuai yang diminta
Memfokuskan diri terhadap kestabilan dan pertumbuhan pada pelanggan yang sudah ada dan mengidentifikasikan pelanggan yang baru
Melakukan perjalanan bisnis ke laur/di dalam negri dilakukan sangat minimum bergantung kepada kebutuhan
Syarat
Lulusan S1 dari Teknik Elektro / Mesin
Memiliki pengetahuan di bidang computer software maupan hardware
Dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik dan memliki kepribadian yang baik
Dapat berbahasa Ingris dan berbahasa Indonesia (tertulis dan berkomunikasi)
Mempunyai karakter yang teliti, mandiri dan efisien dalam bekerja
