PLAN & SPEC
ENGINEER
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
• To promote the value of the company through technical planning and specification
in all projects.
• To establish
and
maintain excellent relationship with developer, owner, M&E, consultant,
dealers, business partners and main
contractors
through professional technical approach.
• Assist Sales Executive in developing and implementation
of sales and marketing
strategy.
• Assist Sales Executive
in planning and implementation
of business plan, especially in
managing the activities for
achieving the
company sales target.
• Source
for new leads and business development opportunities to secure new
business or project for the company.
Job Requirements:
• D3/D4/S1
degree in AirConditioning, Refrigeration, Electro, Mechanical Engineering
or
Machinery with minimum GPA 2.5 (out of 4.0) or 7.0 (out of
10.0).
• Min. 1 years in HVAC, preferably someone
experienced in Commercial, industries &
Inverter.
• Familiar to operate
AutoCAD
• Attention with details, time
management skills, and eager to learn.
• Good communication
and team
player.
• Have driving license ( A
or C ).
• Fluent in
english and related experiences are
preferable.
